We generally change the featured article every two weeks.

I appreciate that your edits are made in good faith and that you do them out of a desire to contribute to the site, but we have a minimum level of polish that edits must meet. Your edits regularly ignore capitalization, they often feature several spelling and grammar errors, and they don't include proper links to other pages.

On top of this, the inclusion of "Tactics" sections in articles is something we're kind of moving away from as they are inherently subjective in nature. If you continue to contribute to "Tactics" sections, please ensure that your edits at least have proper spelling, capitalization, grammar, etc. Try to emulate what we already have on similar articles.

In this case, we would simply not have a page on it, as it doesn't meet our notability guidelines.

The mainspace is simply the primary user-facing end of the website - regular articles. Your personal sandbox, for example, is not the mainspace.

There is no given name for that weapon.

Once again, information cannot be added to pages unless it is properly cited on the page. In this case, the information you mention is already present on the page inside the main text body. This atop your numerous issues with basic punctuation and spelling - Halopedia does hold the quality of writing to a generally professional standard, and I'd urge you to please try and carefully review any contributions you make before hitting save.

Likewise, just because a field exists in an infobox, it does not mean that it needs to be filled. Statements such as "medium to long", in a Range field, are meaningless and don't provide any tangible useful information about the subject in question.

Apologies. The page in question is this.

We already have a page on that. Please refrain from making edits unless they're well-written and sourced.

The best advice I can offer, in general, is that the best way to learn is through trial and error. When you click on a page, you'll see lots of code - that code is what drives page display functions. I'd recommend copying it onto the back end, and then experimenting with it. Wikipedia also has a getting started guide I'd recommend checking out, as much of what they do there is applicable here.

Thank you. When writing new pages on vehicles, I would also recommend finding a similar page and clicking Edit on it, then copying its code and replacing the details. This way, you can ensure you're getting things like layouts correct.

It can be seen by other people, but it's a personal space where you can do whatever you want. For example, a number of my sandbox pages with random notes and lists and test drafts can be seen here.

Before making a page, I would advise you to go to your sandbox page (which can be found here) and try out making and writing the page there, before pushing it to the main site. This way, you can experiment with changes without them affecting or causing issues on the front end.

Hey. When making new pages, please try and properly adhere to the standards of how articles on our site are written. You can use a Sandbox page to help test out formatting before committing pages to the main site, too. Feel free to join our Discord if you'd like any help with any of this - we'd be more than happy to help out.
